I’m in a bit of a pickle. A client has contacted me because their website has stopped working and they can not receive emails. They are unable to gain access to their web host because their web developer that has all the login information has sadly passed away.
They were able to find out their domain name was purchased via
crazydomains.com.au, and after contacting support and verifying some information they were able to have that account recovered.
Now their domain nameservers point to CloudFlare and not to their actual web host. We do not have the CloudFlare user or password so it seems like this would be difficult to recover. Is there any other way of figuring out where the website was hosted so we can attempt to recover the hosting login information?
