Client's office staff getting 403 errors

Multiple staff at my clients office get 403 forbidden errors when visiting ifi-audio.com and its subdomains.

What error message or number are you receiving?
403

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

  1. Spoke to host - they can find nothing in logs for the office public IP

Was the site working with SSL prior to adding it to Cloudflare?
Yes

What are the steps to reproduce the error:

That 403 page is not a Cloudflare one so will be from your origin. You will need to check there.

If the client’s office IP address has special access to the site, you may need to consider…

Googling indicates mod_security could cause an issue like this so maybe check there.

Thanks for your response. Turns out it was the host who missed the IP block/firewall the first time they checked.
