Client in different country experiencing slow pagespeed

Hello everyone,
I have a client in the middle east who is getting slow page speeds.
Using GTMetrix and looking at page load speed here in the UK I am seeing OK page lads (about 2 secs but under that at times). They are seeing page load time of 6 secs or more.

I was wondering if there was a way to see if the client is getting served from their local CF server.
Is that possible?

Have them try this: https://example.com/cdn-cgi/trace (but replace the domain name)

That will show you them which datacenter it’s using. If you want more suggestions, post the domain name.
