Client Doesn't Remember Cloudflare Account

I have a client who doesn’t remember where his cloudflare account long details are for his primary website. We have access to the domain via GoDaddy and can make changes, but I’m pretty sure that will mess with email and potentially create other problems.

I can tell that it’s pointed at Cloudflare by the nameservers, but we don’t know which account it lives under. Is there a way that Cloudflare will share which username is correlated with a domain?

Go to dash.cloudflare.com and select “Forgot your email”. This will send an email to the owner of the Cloudflare account where the domain is active.

If that isn’t received then you’ll just have to take control of the domain through Godaddy as the registrar, either setting the nameservers to their DNS or those of another Cloudflare account.
