Cleaning up SPF record

So I don’t really speak this language, and I’m not sure where to go for help. I’m getting some email bouncebacks from a software I use that says I have 34 DNS lookups but I’m only allowed 10. They want me to clean up my lookups. They say my issue is in the SPF TXT record.

How do I figure out what I can delete? I can identify some of the entries, but others I can not. Not really sure where to start, so any advice would be awesome. Here’s what I got:

v=spf1 include:secureserver.net include:infusionmail.com include:spf.deskdirector.com include:wlcomm.net include:prontomarketing.com include:spf.us.emailservice.io include:sendgrid.net include:spf.myconnectwise.net ~all

Specifically, I have no idea what secureserver and sendgrid are. They may be perfectly legit, but how would I know?

Thanks in advance for any assistance!
Dave

That’s not a Cloudflare issue, but this is what I use to clean up SPF:
