CIX/HR: Bandwidth issues to Cloudflare

Hi!

There seems to be a speed issue from my ISP (AS34594) to Cloudflare.
speed.cloudflare.com gives me the following results (same with speedtest.net and WARP enabled):

While speedtest.net gives me the the full 50/50 bandwidth I have available (I chose a server in another AS which is also peering at CIX):

As the route to the speetest.ht.hr server is using the same route to the CIX, I conclude that the problem is not within my own ISP, since the traffic to AS5391 goes through the same CIX POP without any problems. (traceroute below.)

The slow download speed is constantly at around 20-30 Mbit/s. (Mostly ~22.)
This is problematic because it makes WARP+ (and all other CF traffic) much slower than using the internet directly.

Can someone at the Cloudflare network team have a look at this?

Provjeriti ćemo, dapače.

Premda osobno nisam na Optimi, niti na HT-u.

Optimu znamo da je kupio Tele2/Telemach, infra bila kakva ostala od HT-a, tako da … ako ide, ide po zraku 4G sve dok optiku ne provuku kako se planira :laughing:

Iako znam da je Tele2 imao fizički spoj na CIX2 gdje je Cloudflare te ostvarivao direktni peering, Telemach izgleda da nema pa ide okolo :thinking:
… dok spoj na CIX1 ne (tamo je i HT i Optima), tako da možda je u pitanju peering matrica ili nešto drugo posrijedi, pa je ruta bila drugačija.

Ja sam prije 2 god bio na Tele2 (prije rebrendinga u Telemach) i okej je bilo tada, barem pokućni 4G.

The “Optima” AS is peering with Cloudflare.
And as you can see in the traceroutes there are no other ASNs in-between, so the peering is active and working.
CIX1 and CIX2 are interconnected and the links are not fully utilized.
I really don’t think the problem is on Optimas/Telemachs side.

Maybe it’s a problem within CIX, but then Cloudflare has to find and address them anyway.
