What is the issue you’re encountering

When I am accessing my website, I am getting above in browser. I suspect this issue might be related to Edge Certificate pending validation but I am not sure what to do next and wait till how much time.

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

I have waited for more than 24 hours. I have tried disabling Universal Cert and enabling it back.
I have tried hitting subdomains as well but no luck (this was obvious though)
