i’m getting ERR_TIMED_OUT while trying to open site from chrome. i think the issue with my ISP because when i’m switch to mobile network it works. 
do you know how to change ip given by cloudflare ?

Unfortunately our IP addresses are assigned randomly and cannot be changed.
Only Enterprise Customers have the option for static IPs or customised IPs.
