Chrome Dubug Reports requested an insecure script

Hi,
I have a domain that Chrome Debug says,
**was loaded over HTTPS, but requested an insecure script **.
[This is NOT my Link - Chrome Reported this…]

This request has been blocked; the content must be served over HTTPS.

The problem is - Nothing has been installed i.e. No Website just the hsoting package default index.php
I contacted my Host Provider and they said I need to check Cloudflare for a solution.
“This action is due to Cloudflare security services.”

Question:
Chrome is up to date
Version 115.0.5790.171 (Official Build) (64-bit)

(1) How is this even possible?

(2) How do I track down something on a site I have yet to create?

Does this occur both when proxied and when not proxied?

Hi and thank you for your reply,
(1) Do you mean I would need to change all my A Records etc - to ‘Not Proxied’, to test this?
I’m not sure what that would prove for a default Wordpress installation? Please expand a little more?

(2) Also I checked and this error does NOT show up on Firefox (Desktop), is there anyway to discover if its Chrome (Desktop) the Browser…

(3) Is it for example some sought of Add (hack) of Chrome that is misreporting, because I do not see the same message on my laptop (Chrome or Firefox)?
