ChinaTelecom api route issue

Hi,
I found that I can’t use ddns-script to uptate my router’s ip recently.
After my mtr,I found the route from ChinaTelecom to api.cloudflare.com is disconnected in 202.97.48.206 (north china) and 202.97.94.150 (south china).

So,dose who know what happend and when will it recover?(ddns is important to me
