China cannot display the CAPTCHA of the cloudflare login page

Google is not supported in China, causing CAPTCHA to be unable to display, so it is impossible to log in to Cloudflare. What should I do?

Lets join forces to get rid of Google on Cloudflare :smile: -> Could Cloudflare consider an alternative to reCAPTCHA?

:wave: @devon8908,

Is this logging into your Cloudflare account or is this captcha on your website presented to a visitor?

See the linked thread, it is all about the signin.

:wave: @sandro,

Just trying to confirm that because for your own site when a user from China is presented with a captcha they should get one from Baidu instead of Google. So was just trying to confirm this was a login to Cloudflare dashboard issue… it probably doesn’t use the same logic.

it’s logging into your Cloudflare account, not website presented to a visitor.

I can’t even manage my account. :joy::joy:

@devon8908 We don’t serve reCAPTCHA on the dashboard to Chinese visitors, so something sounds unusual here.

Can you capture a HAR file ( https://support.cloudflare.com/hc/en-us/articles/203118044-How-do-I-generate-a-HAR-file- ) and a screenshot and also confirm what country code you see next to loc= on https://Cloudflare.com/cdn-cgi/trace from the same browser/connection when you see the issue?
