Our Chinese colleagues have informed us that they have been unable to access our website since February 1, 2023.
The site shown the message that “The server of ‘this site’ response time is too long this station cannot be used at present or too busy. Please try later.”
A comment was included in the images. This issue is not limited to just one computer, but has also been experienced by others in China.
Seems like your Site is not Proxied through Cloudflare?
When this is the Case there would be nothing on Cloudflares Site that can be done because the Traffic doesnt even Reach Cloudflares Network. (Except for the DNS Request Maybe but that would be another Error message)
And it seems like that your Website in itself is reachable in Mainland China.
Did they also try from a Different Network?
