Child pages of my website do not load until I refresh
What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?
My home page loads super fast but any new child page does not load until I refresh the page. I have tested the pages by pausing CF and noticed that pages load rapidly so the error is in CF config. I have already disabled RocketLoader and all other optimization, purged cache as well. But the issue is still there.
What are the steps to reproduce the issue?

- Open anyother page e.g., https://www.elearning24x7.com/downloads/grade2_eng_plrl_let_es_3000/
- Notice that it does not open
- Stop loading and refresh - page loads!
