Checking correct DNS records

Hi guys

I need to make sure my DNS records are the same. My site is hosted with Cloudflare, but there is a connectivity error somewhere and I need to check I have all the DNS records correct.

Where can I find exactly which DNS records I need for my website? (I assume its the same for every website)…

My domain was purchased through namecheap (but nameservers point to cloudflare)…

My website: www.realmanagementdynamics.com

I was told by Kajabi that I need to add:
Cname: www ssl.kajbi.com BUT when I try to add this it says it already exists (which I cannot find that it exists anywhere)… error code 81053

Any help you can give me would be really appreciated.

Thanks

Duraid

You need to ask your host.

It means you already have an A, AAAA or CNAME record for www already.

You can show a screenshot of your DNS records if you still have problems.

If you already have entered the www CNAME as requested, you currently have it set to :orange: proxied. You need to switch it to DNS Only so that Kajabi can find it.

When you proxy a CNAME on Cloudflare, it is published as A and AAAA records of the Cloudflare proxy. That means a service that is looking for a :orange: proxied CNAME will be unable to find it. Hence the need to set the CNAME to :grey: DNS Only.
