About every 1 in 3 requests (Especially followup prompts) fails and I have to hit “Retry”

Tried it with other DNS providers, problem goes away.
What are the steps to reproduce the issue?
Use Warp or 1.1.1.1 on MacOS, iOS, iPadOS etc. Start a chat (initial prompt usually works), send a followup prompt and about 30-50% will fail to send and have to be retried, sometimes multiple times.
