that is a very good indication the domain is active in a different account than the one you are using. Do you have a different account where you purchased the domain name?
We lost access to the original account. I stood up a new account, paid for business support, so we could resolve this.
The original account was handed over to a third party, I know I know before my time, now we arnt sure which email registered the domain and what the details are etc.
We can prove ownership of the site as we still can manipulate the website. However, we have exhausted everything else.
A paid plan won’t resolve the issue. Support can only work with the account owner that holds the active domain, I see @fritex has flagged your topic for the attention of the Support team. I suspect they will ask you to add some records to your site for verification purposes, but we’ll need to wait for their reply for next steps.
I see the ticket has been escalated to our Trust & Safety team. The Community nor Support can assist as we do not have visibility into the T&S systems.
