i am trying chat option for 20th time… i want to setup but live chat is not possible… is it cheating ??? i am highly disappointed. please connect to chat immediately

yes … i used live chat yesterday with sales team…
i got a reply on support ticket that chat is live now … but when i tested … it takes me to the same page …
i dont know why its happenning … the company is supposed to be technical … but services are so poor … so sad…
Sorry for the issues, please don’t create any more tickets, the result is that moves your reply time down the queue. The team is investigating and will reply and probably merge your existing tickets.

the support request did not solve till now… this is really poor show and worst company i have experienced till date… after charging so much no one is there to respond.
yet no reply… not even a single support ticket answered … no refunds because of poor service… seems a total fraud. i have to report to file an FIR in police against the company for cheating and fraud. please respond

Don’t expect a reply from Cloudflare Support in hours or days. Not even weeks. We’ve had this problem for about a month now. We upgraded to Business, are charged the Business price, but our domain is still on the Pro tier. I submitted a support ticket on 14 December - still no response. We will downgrade straight back because the lack of support is horrible.
