I wanted to buy a domain I chose Cloudflare for the service and I fill everything but once I clicked pay I received notification from my bank account that I was charged twice and Cloudflare sent me only one invoince, I sent a ticket immediately because that’s the only way to communicate but still didn’t get results for a few days so I am posting here.
What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?
I can’t do anything, it’s up to Cloudflare

What are the steps to reproduce the issue?
Just get a refund that was charged double, the cost of the domain was 10.44 USD, but I was charged 20.88 USD so I want 10.44 USD back (I was charged in my countries currency MKD but if you convert it you can make sure)
