You need to open a billing ticket to have them issue a refund. You can open a ticket here: https://dash.cloudflare.com/?to=/:account/support
I see your ticket 2793605 @helpdesk8 sorry for the issue you encountered. I suspect the system will self-correct before an agent gets to your ticket, but the systems and team are really good at ensuring you are not charged for things you don’t get. But, we’ll flag this post for the #general:billing team to review.
(BTW, I just escalated your topic @helpdesk8 thank you @Cyb3r-Jak3. As I was flagging this for my colleagues, I realized the exact same thing happened to me last week when I transferred a domain, I was charged 6.50, the registration failed, I was credited 6.50 to my card. I started the transfer the next day, was charged 6.50. Done. And at 1/3 the price gd wanted…I wish I could save 66% on everything I buy online!)
