Sorry for the issues. Unfortunately, the Community cannot assist with Billing issues as we don’t have visibility into the billing systems. Questions about billing will need to be resolved by the Customer Support team and cannot be resolved on the Community. If you already have a ticket, Support will respond to you on that ticket.
is it normal to take a month? or actuall over a month? they owe me $1400 .. for them probably not a big issue, but for me it is. They charged my card 5 times, and still didnt process the order.
I understand the amount you mention isn’t small by any means, the only advice I can personally give you is to do whatever is in your power to get back what’s yours, if CF isn’t helping you, your bank/CC provider/etc might be able to speed things up.
Did you get a resolution on this? I have the same issue and after 5 months of submitting tickets and chasing up - still no response from Cloudflare Support. If you did resolve it, can you advise how you managed to make contact with them?
