Charged 4 times, support not reply 6days

I have been billed 4 times for the Worker Paid Plan.
The Dashboard shows only two, but I received four invoices in the mail. (However, the two that show on the Dashboard are also duplicates.)

Besides, the two invoices shown in Dashboard are “unpaid”. They are supposed to be credit card (PayPal) payments.

Support has not responded in 6 days. Can someone please help me?

I received an initial reply from support, but the problem has not been resolved. I just hope I don’t have to wait another week again.
