Changing Server

Hello, I moved my nameserver to cloudflare. Even though I changed my name servers in my Wordpress panel, I cannot log in to the system. I get the error “Please check your Primary Site’s Jetpack connection”. I can’t fix it because I can’t log in to my Wordpress panel. I deleted cookies in the browser and reloaded it many times, but it didn’t work. How can I fix this?

Are you referring to WordPress.com here?

Ah, but WordPress.com sites don’t need the JetPack plugin.

So it seems you have a self-hosted WordPress site (perhaps your domain is with WordPress.com per above), and you’re trying to login to this self-hosted WordPress site from WordPress.com. This requires the JetPack plugin’s SSO feature.

If your site is indeed self-hosted, then use the native WordPress login URL at https://example.com/wp-login.php to login to your WordPress dashboard. This does not require JetPack.

Once logged in, you can then fix any issues with the JetPack plugin so you can use the WordPress.com SSO solution.

If you can provide your domain name (website address), I could take a look and give you a more specific advice. You may also want to get in touch with the JetPack folks, as this issue clearly has nothing to do with Cloudflare: Contact – WordPress.com Support
