I changed the IP address of domain name on the DNS records on Cloudflare (changed the host of my website). However, when I type in my website, it shows the IP address instead. Does it take time for the domain name to propagate or maybe I mess-up something? Thanks!

No. Can’t share data publicly. All I’m saying is when I type in my domain name (example: domain name . com), the ip shows instead of the name (example: 123.456.78.910).
With this information it’s pretty much impossible for us to say anything for sure.
I’d suggest pausing Cloudflare or in proxying the record and making sure everything works. If not then it’s a server issue.
