Changing DNS - will my MX records be affected?

Hey team!

Looking at the MX records for my domain in Cloudflare it seems to be automatically detecting the google servers (we use G Suite).

If I change the DNS in my registrar will it also change my MX records and I’ll have to add them back in Cloudflare, or will it keep them as the automatically detected ones?

Just want to minimise downtime as I bring everything over to Cloudflare

It does a pretty good job of scanning DNS records…especially commonly used ones such as G Suite.

Just make sure everything matches up before updating your name servers.
