Changing DNS in Indonesia

I have difficulity in changing my computer DNS to 1.1.1.1, I changed the network adapter setting, the router setting , but none of it seems to work, weirdly, my phone using the same router can connect to 1.1.1.1 no problem with the app.

My router is ZTE F609 and my ISP is PT Telkom Indonesia

If you’re running Windows, try using Simple DNSCrypt https://simplednscrypt.org/ then run Cloudflare’s ESNI test Cloudflare Browser Check
