I can see domain is already using Cloudflare.
May I ask what issue you’re facing with editting the DNS record at DNS tab of Cloudflare dashboard?
Is it disabled and you might not have enough permiessions to Mange DNS record for your zone?
Otherwise, you’re seeing the “old website” while you’ve changed and pointed your DNS recod to the new hosting/server IP address?
