Changed the NameServer and Site is Down

I changed my nameservers on Godaddy to match the new ones suggested by Cloudflare and since doing so my site has been down. We also updated our IP address since they looked like they changed as well from changing our NameServer but nothing seems to be working. Please help get this resolved asap!

Our website:

It looks like your website used to be on Shopify?

Your domain is still under their account - get in touch with them and ask them to remove your domain from their setup. In the meantime, set the record to DNS Only (grey cloud) so that your website loads.

Hello, thank you. Our website still is on shopify? We have as store that is run by them. Any other help or suggestions?

When I change it to DNS only it says the website is taking too long to load and won’t load. Thanks!

If you’re still actively using Shopify then I’d recommend reaching out to them - they use Cloudflare themselves and their SSL for SaaS offering ‘overrules’ the vast majority of things that you can change within the dashboard yourself.

I’d expect that it’d need to be DNS Only as using ‘orange to orange’ where you can have Cloudflare on top of Shopify is restricted to Enterprise plans.

@acoussa4 the nameservers set for your account are	86400	IN	NS	86400	IN	NS

But, those are not the nameservers associated with the account you are using here. The zone was active in an account using those nameservers but shows as moved.

And there are a number of icann holds on the domain that may be affecting this, your registrar will remove these if you contact them and ask them

   Domain Status: clientDeleteProhibited
   Domain Status: clientRenewProhibited
   Domain Status: clientTransferProhibited
   Domain Status: clientUpdateProhibited

When you login and go to the dns app, what nameservers do you see at the bottom of the page?
