I changed my nameservers on Godaddy to match the new ones suggested by Cloudflare and since doing so my site has been down. We also updated our IP address since they looked like they changed as well from changing our NameServer but nothing seems to be working. Please help get this resolved asap!
Your domain is still under their account - get in touch with them and ask them to remove your domain from their setup. In the meantime, set the record to DNS Only (grey cloud) so that your website loads.
If you’re still actively using Shopify then I’d recommend reaching out to them - they use Cloudflare themselves and their SSL for SaaS offering ‘overrules’ the vast majority of things that you can change within the dashboard yourself.

But, those are not the nameservers associated with the account you are using here. The zone was active in an account using those nameservers but shows as moved.
And there are a number of icann holds on the domain that may be affecting this, your registrar will remove these if you contact them and ask them
