Changed NS and SOA Records to Cloudflare, still not working for 48h

I’m sure this is the 1000st issue somebody is opening for this issue but I just don’t get it.

user@laptop:~$ dig NS example.com +noall +answer; dig SOA example.com +noall +answer
example.com.	60	IN	NS	koa.ns.cloudflare.com.
example.com.	60	IN	NS	ali.ns.cloudflare.com.
example.com.	1800	IN	SOA	ali.ns.cloudflare.com. dns.cloudflare.com. 2340329546 10000 2400 604800 1800

The change is more than 48 hours old. TTL is 60 seconds / one hour. Spamming “check nameservers” doesn’t help, WebUI still tells me "example.com is not active on Cloudflare yet.

What is the domain?

You need to change the nameservers at your registrar to the 2 Cloudflare ones you have been allocated (in place of the 3 Hetzner ones currently in use). Instead you have added those 2 nameservers to your DNS which won’t work…

You are adding them to your DNS. That is not correct.

You must change the nameservers under where you configure the domain registration…
