What is the issue you’re encountering

I changed the nameservers from Bluehost to Cloudflare 3 days ago for two sites. One of my sites HiddenDigitalAIX .com had no issues. But rthidden .com is down. And having some trouble with receiving email. A client forwarded an email to me that had this error: Your message couldn’t be delivered. Despite repeated attempts to deliver your message, querying the Domain Name System (DNS) for the recipient’s domain location information failed.

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

I added A records to rthidden. com after talking with a Bluehost rep. Although, I did not have to do that with HiddenDigitalAIX .com.
