Hello
Somebody changed email to my account and I can’t roll it back.
I can’t even login to my account and create a ticket to support…
Did anyone had such experience?

You should have received a message alerting you to the change, along with a link to follow to revert the change. See if you can find that message.
Yes, I received an email about changes.
And when I try to revert it back I’m getting this notification:
“Unable to rollback your email. Please try again.”
That’s disappointing. How long ago did the email address get changed? It should also show you the new email address.
Too bad it’s Saturday, as I don’t think the Mods are here on the weekend. I don’t see any other way to contact, other than a sales phone number which probably isn’t answered on the weekend.
I received an email about 2 and a half hours ago.
Yes, I see the new email.
I already called to support (sales), they said that a ticket was created.
Who knows how to contact to support?
If you cannot login to support.cloudflare.com to create a ticket online, email supportATCloudflareDOTcom from your email address.
Thank you @tanto259
if you have a ticket number for your submission i can also see if there is any news.

I don’t see any records of that 2nd email address in our system. I do see an account with the email address you used to sign-in here. Is that a new account?
Yes, I tried to create a new one and it was created successfully.
The email you see was changed to new one (not mine).
I’ll need some more info. Please be on the lookout for a private message.
Hellor Ryan. The same situation. Somebody changed email for my account.

I’m going to private message you for some more info.
Hello,
I faced the same situation, but in my case it’s a little bit… strange.
Today I received two messages with following titles:
The problem is… I didn’t register on Cloudflare. At all. All the more with my main e-mail address. But I’ve heard about this and I used that e-mail on some of the sites listed there. Is it possible that my e-mail leaked from these sites during february events? Do I need to do something?
Thanks.
Same for me. I got emails but I did not register on Cloudflare before

Seems nobody care. Well done
Did you have a question? It seems to be a non-issue.
Cloudflare is spamming people who have never registered to it. Non-issue indeed.
