Changed DNS nameserver, however Cloudflare still using its own

I’m trying to point my Cloudflare-registered domain to a different host. I changed the DNS nameserver by adding new NS records, however Cloudflare is still pointing to its own. Within the DNS section of my account, I see my new records as well as the Cloudflare Nameservers.

Do I need to wait longer than a day or is there another change that I missed? With other registrars this process would take ~1 hr or less.

Its merely confusing what is now new records? If you are point the domain to a host, the NS records to be added that of the domain.

It looks like I’ll need to use the A record instead of NS. Thanks for the help!

Good to hear! you’ve figured it out the DNS error :grinning:
