Changed DNS and now no email access

Hello - please can anyone help me? Apologies for the stupid question but I’m a complete novice at anything website related. I recently switched my DNS references to be able to comply with Cloudflare requirements but I have now lost access to my business email on Apple Mail and iPhone - which is really urgent.

Please can anyone help? Thank you hugely.

What is the domain? The DNS record pointing to your mail server has most likely been proxied. Take a look at this tutorial: Email Troubleshooting.
