change the nameserver in Godaddy but Cloudflare does not recognize it.

My domain is moviliza.app

How long ago? Looks like they are propagating atm, https://www.whatsmydns.net/#NS/moviliza.app

But, you may want to ask godaddy if these icann holds are preventing the change from taking effect

the only answer i got from godaddy is this link:

and that I have to wait, but I have more than 60 hours

It should not take longer than 24 hours, I’ve seen 48 but 60 is a lot. They should remove the icann holds if you ask them, that may be slowing down the process. The link they supplied is not particuarly helpful
