Change the loadbalancer Location to India Datacenter

Hi ,
I made a loadbalncer. Via its DNS I found out that the location of the DNS was in USA .
I want to know how I can change the location of. loadbalancer to say some location within India.

Cloudflare IPs are anycast which means that their datacenters share the same IPs and you are routed to the closest one. The IPs probably show as registered in the US, but you are probably being routed to a Cloudflare colo in India.
