I have a domain for which I paid for the Pro plan, but I made a mistake and paid for another domain. I want to cancel the payment or change the domain I paid for.

To contact the billing team, please submit a new support request from your Cloudflare account directly through the Cloudflare dashboard. Visit https://dash.cloudflare.com/?to=/:account/support and choose Billing. Please share your ticket number here so that we can track it.
Please bear in mind that it’s not possible to move Cloudflare plans between domains or accounts. I would suggest opening a ticket with the Billing team for further clarification.
