If you are trying to add your domain to Cloudflare, you will need to set the 2 allocated Cloudflare nameservers at your domain registrar in place of the 2 that are there now.
Hi,
Actually my domain Losgroup.net is using Cloudflare and its registrar is cloudflare moved it from Godaddy and was active at Cloudflare about 1 hour or so back
I appreciate your prompt attention to this matter as most important services are down.
To remind you, all I am asking for is:
Reinstating the Nameservers: amy.ns.cloudflare.com and anirban.ns.cloudflare.com which were my applied when it was at Godaddy
Your SPF record indicates that remote.losgroup.net is an allowed source of outgoing email, but the DNS record for remote is proxied and is now returning Cloudflare IP addresses. You will either need to unproxy that record, or specify the IP address instead in the SPF record if you want email from that source to be valid.
The 2 nameservers allocated by Cloudflare for your domain can’t be changed to another specific set as this is a fundamental security feature of Cloudflare. Your domain is active in Cloudflare with dee and vern.
Thank you, Cloudflare team, for your prompt assistance.
I unproxied remote.losgroup.net, but other services remain down. This customer, based in Dubai, is managed by a non-technical official who requests your help in reverting the nameservers to amy.ns.cloudflare.com and anirban.ns.cloudflare.com (previously at GoDaddy). If there are costs involved, please let me know. As a reseller, I risk losing this customer and other services if the nameservers aren’t changed.
