IP addresses were entered into the Roskomnadzor database and now the site is not available. Please change IP addresses for megaxchage.cash domain

Unfortunately all the community can offer is this information:
Cloudflare don’t usually change the IPs for sites.
The fact of the matter is that after a long torment with changing the tariff from free to paid (this is how support recommended changing IP), some Brian Mitchell intervened in the issue and changed everything manually. I don’t know what to do now … There has been no answer to requests since Friday
