What is the issue you’re encountering

I recently bought the ownership of the domain janniree.dk. I want to change the hosting to one.com. As far as I can see it is hosted by Cloudflare. I have no idea who owned it before and I have no access to the cloudflare account. How do I change the hosting to one.com (which is where I have all my other websites hosted)

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

I have tried to contact one.com, but it seems like I have to change the hosting from Cloudflare. But if I don’t have access to the account (as it is someone else who has the cloudflare account and I don’t know who it is)
I have no experience with this type of situation and I don’t know Cloudflare either.

Cloudflare isn’t your webhost, it is just providing DNS and proxy services to protect your site…

To take control of the domain if you don’t have access to the Cloudflare account, change the nameservers at your domain registrar to those for a new Cloudflare account, your host’s nameservers, or another DNS provider.
