Change email for Ticket


I changed the email in use on my account but if I try to open the tickets they always arrive at the old email. I can’t find a way to change the old email and can’t access support portal…

So you’re saying that your old address doesn’t show up anywhere in your account, but tickets still go there?

If you’ve opened a ticket since you changed your email address, can you please post that ticket # so someone can check it? A hint of your new email address will also help them confirm.
