Change domain IP on Cloudlflare

I noticed that my site is not available on most of the territory of the Russian Federation. 95% of my traffic comes from Russia.
I have these IP’s on my domain - 104.26.14.73 + 104.26.15.73

Can I somehow ask Cloudflare to change these IP’s or maybe I can change them manually?
