Change CNAME Flattening rule to a lower grade

Currently Cloudflare Dashboard locks me at Flatten all domains and it’s causing me issues. How to turn it off or change it to Flatten CNAME at root ?

Is this on a Paid Plan? Or is a free plan that used to be a paid plan?

I’ve seen it happen where a Paid plan had it flatten all, and when the user dropped down to the Free plan, that option stuck. There’s a slim chance you can change it to Root only with the API (I can’t find it in the API), but you may have to open a ticket.
