Change cloudflare ip

hello. i got a problem. Some IP’s of Cloudflare are banned in my country ( russia) so users cant use site. its write what Ip banned of government. So question how can i change Cloudflare ip for my site ?

104.27.152.228 - banned in russia ip.

IP are assigned atomatically and you cannot change them.

You would need to contact support https://support.cloudflare.com/hc/en-us/requests/new to discuss with an engineer. Unfortunately nothing can be done from a community perspective to impact this.
