Challenges with DKIM and Active Campaign

Hi There. I’m having challenges with marketing emails sent from my Active Campaign email system displaying a “sent from server name” message in the header. AC support directed me to add a DKIM record for their servers to my DNS which would correct the problem. They have a support article here:

Did that and the record tests OK. But I’m still seeing the “sent from” message. Active Campaign support doesn’t seem too knowledgeable on this topic, so I’m wondering if anyone can make any suggestions?

Change the settings in “settings” , extended settings into the second option.
(I will manage my own email authentication) pic is in german, but you will get the point.

Thats what I did previously. Generated the DKIM record and added to cloudflare DNS. But it hasn’t resolved the issue.
