I can just block the domain.
No idea. Have many open tabs, I think claude/chatgpt use the API.
Just want to add that this is continuous. It never ends, just burns CPU for hours.
I found some time to look into more details. Wise - Login is just continuously spawning challenge workers.
Does it happen in a different Web browser without any other additional extensions such as VPN as well? 
Are you sure the Challeng Page was the Cloudflare official and original, and not some “malicious” as they’re already out there?

I diagnosed the issue fully and it was Wise login page that was the culprit. I found the exact tab as well and the browser said the tab is not responsive.
I do not know if Wise eng team does not know how to use your Cloudflare Challenge API or if there’s a bug in the library itself that triggers an infinite spawn of proof of work.
Thank you for feedback. It does look like an issue with Wise login form and implementation of the Turnstile onto it.
