My name is redacted and I own the WordPress site, hosted on Bluehost. I hope you’re well. I am contacting you because I have a problem with my site and I would like to ask for your help in solving it.
For some time, every time I try to access my website, I get a maintenance message: “This site is in maintenance mode. Please come back tomorrow! However, I haven’t activated any maintenance mode on my site, and I can’t find the “.maintenance” file at the root of the site.
I have tried some troubleshooting steps like temporarily disabling all maintenance related plugins, changing the theme, and checking the .htaccess file, but the problem persists.
I’m a little confused as to the cause of this problem and I don’t know how to fix it. This is why I am seeking your expertise to identify the source of the maintenance message and rectify it.
Is it possible that this problem is related to a suspension of my site? If so, I sincerely apologize for any inadvertent violations of the usage policies. I am more than willing to deal with any situation that does not comply with your hosting service’s rules.
Could you please help me fix this issue and restore normal access to my website?
Thank you very much for your attention and help. Feel free to ask for any additional information you may need to better understand the situation.
Sincerely,
redacted
