Cgi-sys/defaultwebpage.cgi Redirect

Hello,

My Website was working perfectly and suddenly stopped. It simply redirects me to “cgi-sys/defaultwebpage.cgi” as it is shown in the screenshot bellow.

I did not edit or changed anything, not here on Cloudflare, neither on my hosting.
However, If I change the DNS back to the hosting one, then the site works perfectly.

I would appreciate if anyone could help me fix this issue.

It’s quite possible that the IP address at your host changed. Compare your host’s DNS with your Cloudflare settings to be sure.

It’s best to not change name servers to troubleshoot. It delays the process due to name server propagation. There’s a “Pause Cloudflare on Site” option on your Overview page.
