You will need to contact the operators of the site you visited as they control access to their site, not Cloudflare. Use Google or social media to find a contact point if you can’t access any of their site. Pass them the ray ID so they can find out why you were blocked.

As above, you will need to contact the website. They are the only ones that can unblock you. Neither Cloudflare nor the Cloudflare Community can bypass the website settings.
