Rules at CF

I was using all the examples on b2 to CF with the bandwidth alliance coding examples on the Internet and it WORKED for a while and now completely fails…

Thanks for any help.

Seriously??? ANYONE here? Tickets at Cloudflare are responding…sorry…we have a backlog of tickets… really? Cloudflare if you are to go anywhere in business, your community AND your tech support has to step up to the plate or people will go to AWS and GOOGLE.

Serious CF Community people … please do not let Cloudflare drop to the bottom of the business by lack of support.

This may be direct for most of you but do not take this personally, take it professionally…

Brian

There’s lots of images & HTTP response dumps, a Page Rules section that doesn’t match the domain you’re having issues with and overall the post is hard to digest.

The community will be grasping at straws trying to understand what your setup is and what your issue is. We’re not employees of Cloudflare, we can’t just open your ticket or account to see what you’re doing.

A) What’s a URL having issues?
B) What’s the Page Rule/Transform Rule associated to that URL?
C) If it’s sending you to the wrong URL, what URL should it be sending you to?

The website is zicksconcrete.com and one of the URLS is above and in the images posted above in this thread. the CF settings are shown in images… what else do you need?

The images (see on zicksconcrete.com) are transformed from
https://cdn1.mediastorage1.com/14-0-0--New-exposed-beautiful-aggregate-concrete-steps-and-sidewalk--Bloomington-MN--5352fe2bbe2d0eb9ddd87ed073bc6701.jpg
using page rules and transform on CF (rules are on mediastore1.com )
Does that help?

A) What’s a URL having issues? www.zicksconcrete.com (images at the top)
B) What’s the Page Rule/Transform Rule associated to that URL? none on that domain but it uses mediastore1.com to serve up images from B2
C) If it’s sending you to the wrong URL, what URL should it be sending you to? it is not getting images from B2 correctly when transformed to what B2 wants. Direct to B2 works fine. so it is a CF issue.
Used CF examples online and B2 examples online… was working, now fails.

Tried TRANSFORM RULE
(http.request.uri contains “cdn1.mediastore1.com” and not http.request.uri.path contains “cdn1-alltimefavorites”)

still fails
