CF Pages hosted website doesn't 404

I setup a homepage using CF Pages (you can see staging site xldelta.com)…I notice that if I enter random URL, I am not lead to a 404 page…rather I am just redirected to my homepage…is this because I need to create a custom error page in my root folder?

I was previously with NGINX which took care of this.

It looks from this page like you will need a 404.html.
