We are looking to use CF Load Balancing for two VPS origin servers hosted in two different companies, I have problems right now with the health checks not working if the site goes down CF does not say they are down but they clearly are down.
My question is if they use the same health check to see uptime how will load balancing work if the health checks don’t even work correctly.
And not the network issue like firewall blocking some ports, or Cloudflare IPs not allowed?

And also may I ask if the Health Checks are set to look over TCP port or HTTP(S) url (inc. ort 80/443)?
If HTTPS, it might be something with the SSL certificate + selected SSL/TLS option at the SSL/TLS tab of Cloudflare dashboard.
